1. The reception desk is open from 15:00 to 21:00. Dayaccommodation is from 15:00 to 11:00. The leased premises should be vacated not later than by 11:00.
2. The premises is rented for residential purposes. Renting for other purposes (advertisements, music videos, photo sessions, films) only after prior arrangement of the terms of the lease and the price. Failure to comply with the above prohibition will result in a fine of PLN 3,500 being imposed on the tenant.
3. The tenant is responsible for the actions and omissions of persons staying in the premises with the tenant.
4. After checking in, the tenant is obliged to report any damage found in the apartment that is not caused by the tenant. The notification should be made with photographic evidence of the damage and sent to the following e-mail address: KONTAKT@SKYTOWER.APARTMENTS as a handover protocol for the rented premises.
5. In the event of deterioration, damage or destruction of the subject of the lease or common parts of the building, caused by the tenant, the landlord collects funds from the card provided during the reservation or the deposit to cover the costs of repairs of the damage caused by the tenant, to which the tenant agrees.
6. SMOKING is FORBIDDEN in the rented premises and in the entire building. Failure to comply with the above prohibition will result in a fine of PLN 1,000 being imposed on the tenant.
7. There is a curfew in the building between 22:00 and 6:00. In the event of a breach of the curfew by the tenant, the tenant will be obliged to cover the costs of possible intervention by the requested services and the loss of the deposit.
8. Only persons covered by the reservation may stay in the rented premises. Any events or meetings above the number of guests included in the booking are prohibited. Failure to comply with the above prohibition will result in the deduction of PLN 1,000 from the deposit. The tenant agrees to charge the credit card provided when booking or when paying the deposit only in the event of damage to the apartment, damage done by the tenant during the stay or failure to comply with the rental agreement.
9. In the event of suspected breach of this agreement or suspected crime or misdemeanor, the landlord has the right to enter the premises at any time.
10. The Lessor may terminate the contract with immediate effect in the event of the Lessee's breach of the provisions of this Contract, in particular if the Lessee and / or the Lessee's accompanying persons:- they use the subject of the lease in a manner inconsistent with the contract,- destroy the rental object or its equipment, cause deterioration of its condition or its equipment above normal wear and tear,- disturb the peace and order of people using other apartments in the facility.
11. Guests under the influence of alcohol or other drugs will not be checked in and the booking will not be refunded.
12. Items left in the apartment after check-out must be picked up in person within 7 days of check-out, otherwise they will be disposed of.
13. A deposit of PLN 500 is required upon check-in. Penthouse Apartments (38/8, 41/8, 46/8), and Apartments with 2 bedrooms (35/1, 36/4, 37/4, 39/3, 39/4, 47/3, 47/6), there is a deposit of PLN 1,000. All Apartments with bathtub/hot tub near the Window deposit 1000 PLN is obligated. The payment is made by a physical credit / debit card. Maestro and Revolut cards are not accepted for security deposit blockade. Your deposit will be released in full by credit card after an inspection of the property on the day of check-out and the tenant has complied with all rental terms and conditions. Refunds may take up to 14 days from check-out, subject to pre-authorization procedures at the cardholder's bank.
14. ***MINIMUM AGE OF CHECK-IN IS 21 YEARS*** If the person checking in is not 21 years old, he/she will not be checked in and payment will not be refunded.
15. It is forbidden to bring pets to the apartments. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit.16. It is absolutely FORBIDDEN to use wax candles.
16. It is prohibited to decorate or arrange decorations in rented apartments with other companies. Decorations are only possible by purchasing them on the skytower.apartments website or by calling +48 889 191 293. Failure to comply may result in loss of the deposit.
ADDITIONAL FEES:
1. Parking: PLN 100 per day. Travel cot: PLN 80 per use
2. Late check-out is possible until 12:00 for an additional fee of 200 PLN.
3. An additional fee of PLN 100 will be charged for late check-in between 21:00 and 23:00, 23:00 and 00:00 150 PLN. The possibility of late arrival must be agreed with the property and must be confirmed prior to arrival. It is not possible to check in after midnigfht.
We invite you to stay with children! Please indicate the number and age of children when making a reservation. The apartments available for booking will then be displayed. Staying with children is not possible in all apartments, respectively, staying with children is possible only when children are indicated when making the reservation.
