2. If the amount of the stay is higher, the recipient agrees to pay the difference.
3. If the amount of the stay is lower, the recipient cannot recover the difference. By choosing a stay at a lower cost than the voucher is worth, the recipient agrees that they will not receive a refund of the difference.
4. The voucher must be used within three months of purchase for any date.
5. The voucher can only be used via the website for dates or an offer which is non-refundable. To use the voucher for other dates, the voucher must be redeemed by phone.
